    Kyle Reynolds, the Graduate School's Student Affairs Manager, will be leaving his position at the UO on Wednesday, May 7. Kyle has accepted a position as Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services in the Graduate Studies office at Kent State University, his alma mater. Kyle has been a key member of the Graduate School team during his two years at the UO. Smith Richardson Foundation World Politics and Statecraft Fellowship

Annual grant competition to support Ph.D. dissertation research on American foreign policy, international relations, international security, strategic studies, area studies, and diplomatic and military history. The fellowship’s objective is to support the research and writing of policy-relevant dissertations through funding of fieldwork, archival research, and language training. Awards up to 20 grants of $7,500 each.

Kauffman Dissertation Fellowship Program

Awards up to fifteen grants of $20,000 each to Ph.D., D.B.A., or other doctoral students at accredited U.S. universities to support dissertations in the area of entrepreneurship.

Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) Fellowships

For U.S. citizens and permanent residents conducting overseas dissertation research in modern foreign language and area studies. Funding is for six to 12 months. Fellowships are not awarded for projects focusing on Western Europe or for research in countries with which the U.S. has no diplomatic relations. Note: The FY 2011 competition was canceled due to funding cuts.
