Graduate School Announces 2019-2020 Faculty-in-Residence

Susan Campbell Hall

Excellence in graduate education lies at the heart of the University of Oregon’s mission and is foundational to excellence in scholarship, teaching, and the intellectual richness of the academic community. To help foster this excellence, the Graduate School is initiating a “Year of….” excellence program.

Each year, the Graduate School will select a theme to highlight through the development of resources focused on best practices, speakers, readings, and spotlights on the work of faculty and students. The 2019-2020 excellence program will be the “Year of Mentorship.” To help support this initiative, the Graduate School is bringing back the Faculty-in-Residence program to provide leadership experience for faculty members and invaluable input to the Graduate School community.
