Graduate Employment-Related Grievances

As it relates to employment as a GE, a grievance is defined as an allegation that there has been a violation, including but not limited to misinterpretation or improper application, of the terms of the GTFF Collective Bargaining Agreement. Graduate employees with this type of complaint should follow the grievance procedures specified in Article 13 of their collective bargaining agreement.
