Duties: 

This position will assist the Japanese language instructor in a Japanese Global Scholar program course. The program offers  advanced level Japanese language learners an opportunity to enhance  their language skills and gain knowledge in a specific academic subject  at the same time.The position's responsibilities include:

  1. Course development in cooperation with a language instructor
  2. In-class teaching  & assessments of students performance
  3. Lecture video material development
Preferred Qualifications: 

 An undergraduate degree in biology or psychology  is required. A master's degree in either of these fields is preferred. Applicants with an undergraduate degree in chemistry will be considered. Applicants must have near native proficiency in Japanese and English.
