Wondering what to do over spring break?

Don't wait until the deadline. Apply to participate in the Three Minute Thesis!

It's as easy as filling out a short application and uploading a PowerPoint slide. The deadline to apply is Friday, April 3, 2015.

Upwards of 25 students will have the opportunity to compete against one another during one of the two preliminary contests. If chosen, you and five selected students will participate in the UO Championship. First prize is $500 with two runner up awards of $200 each. There will also be a People's Choice Award. First prize and runner ups will move onto the State wide finals on May 16, 2015 at Oregon Health and Sciences University.

Past titles include, "Hot or not? Improving our Knowledge of Ancient Climates", "Migrants of Color in Eugene" and "Neoliberal Feminism - Protection of Women's Bodies and Privilege".
