University Housing

Family Housing and University Apartments offers a wonderful environement suited for students with children, students who are married or in a domestic partnership, and students who are at least twenty years old.  Options range from studio apartments to five-bedroom houses.

Features of Family Housing and University Apartments include:

  • Professional and student staff to help build community and assist with tenant concerns

  • Access to a community garden

  • Close proximity to child-care and schools

  • Some utilities included in rent such as water, sewer, recycling, and garbage service; Ethernet provided in some locations

  • In-community laundry facilities

  • Leadership opportunities availabile through Tenant Council and Family Housing Board

  • Many communities located adjacent to campus

Applications for Family Housing and University Apartments are accepted year round.  You do not need to be admitted to the University of Oregon before applying, but you must have applied for admission, have a university identification number, and be at least 20 years of age.  Complete your application on DuckWeb. If you do not have DuckWeb access, but you do have your UO ID, complete and submit a paper application.  Prepayment is not required at the time of application.  You will receive a confirmation that your application has been recieved with an approximate wait time for the options you selected, and a request for documents if your application is incomplete.
